Support mailbox is being set up

A published support address for Liftitude is not yet accepting mail. We would rather say so than print an address that bounces. This page will show the working address as soon as delivery has been confirmed.

In the meantime, the actions you are most likely to need do not require contacting us at all — see below.

Things you can do without us

• Download your online data. Settings → Account → “Download my online Liftitude data”.
• Delete your online account. Settings → Account → “Delete online account”. See the deletion instructions.
• Export the records stored in your browser. Settings → Data. These are separate from your online data and are not included in the online export.
• Sign out everywhere. Deleting your account removes every active session.

Privacy requests

The privacy policy sets out what we store and why. Export and deletion are both self-service and take effect immediately, so most privacy requests can be completed without waiting on us.
